Frequently Asked Questions
What types of payments are accepted?
We accept most credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, etc.) and Paypal. Please contact us if you wish to pay with another payment method.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders usually take up to 2 days to process before they are dispatched - excluding weekends and holidays.
How long does it take for my item to be delivered?
It usually takes 7 days in Canada for delivery of your item after it has been processed. For other countries. delays can go up to 30 days.
How can I add a discount to my order?
If you received a discount code from our store, you can enter it on the checkout page.
What happens if no one is home during the delivery?
If no one is present, the postman will leave a collection slip and the item will be dropped off at the post office nearest you.
I ordered several items, but only received one?
If you place an order with us for multiple items, it is more than likely to be shipped in multiple packages. Please allow some time for all your items to arrive.
Do I have to pay customs fees when my order is delivered?
You will not have to pay customs fees for your items inside Canada. For other countries, customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER / MY ADDRESS, CAN I?
If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate this change, although we cannot make any promises. If the item(s) has already been shipped from our fulfillment center, we cannot change the order.
I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email?
Please take the time to verify your email address before placing your order. Also check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If there is still no confirmation email, please contact our support team at: info@amadova.com
