What is the shipping time?
Our goal is to get your items to you quickly. We use different transport companies, depending on the size of your object, the place of delivery and the seller.
Count an average of 5 to 15 days in Canada and 10 to 30 days internationally.
My tracking information has not been updated. Can you tell me when I will receive my order?
Delivery and tracking information is provided by our carriers and our Customer Experience team has access to the same information as you.
If it takes a while for your tracking information to update, this is normal. Just check back later for more accurate delivery information.
Preorder
Product release dates may change from time to time without notice or liability. If you pre-ordered a product, we'll ship it as soon as possible after its final release date, which may differ from the date originally announced.
What happens if I was absent at the time of delivery?
If you were absent at the time of delivery, here is what will happen:
1. You will receive a delivery notice informing you where and when to pick up your order. For some items, the supplier will contact you to schedule an appointment or confirm order pickup.
2. Your order will be shipped to the nearest Canada Post branch or supplier's warehouse.
3. When picking up your order, be sure to bring your order number and valid photo ID.
Can I have an item shipped to a PO Box? If my package is lost, who do I contact?
Yes, by Canada Post. To ensure that orders for delivery to PO boxes and a rural address arrive safely, please also provide a physical address or road number when placing your order. Items over 30 kg will need to be picked up at the post office drop off point.
Note: Oversized items, those offered with fixed-date delivery and dangerous goods require a civic address and cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
If my package is lost, who do I contact?
You can contact our Customer Service team at info@amadova.com and if you qualify, we will initiate tracking your order with the applicable shipping service provider for you.
Note :
Claims must be made no later than 90 days after your order has been shipped.
Canada Post will not open a claim on your behalf, the claim must come from Amadova's Customer Experience team.
